The “FORGIVE OR NOT TO FORGIVE” Group will:

  • Help yourself deal with this issue so that you are not weighed down daily with anger and hurt.

  • Learn when forgiveness is appropriate.

  • Genuinely smile again when engaging with family and friends.

  • Let go of the fear of being hurt and be able to love freely again.

  • Learn what forgiveness is and what it isn’t-It’s all about the injured and the benefits of the injured.

  • Experience a forgiveness activity even if you are not ready to forgive.
