I am a Biblical Christian counselor for women, a licensed mental health counselor and a master certified addiction professional. I work with women who feel anxiety, depression, trauma, troubled sleep, racing thoughts, irritability, frustration, unhappiness, unhelpful thinking, panic attacks, and difficulty maintaining sobriety. Together, with God’s Word, we will navigate through this.

I’m often told I’m easy to talk to while feeling comfortable with my non-judgmental and caring approach. Feeling this way is the MOST important part of the therapeutic relationship.
